40歳までに失われる「20%のコラーゲン」

コラーゲンは、肌の形と構造を維持する繊維状のタンパク質です。このコラーゲンがあるおかげで、若々しい肌は小ジワやたるみに抵抗することができます。

しかし、医学的研究によると、人間は20歳を過ぎると毎年約1%のコラーゲンを失い続け、40歳までに最大20%もの自然なコラーゲンを喪失することが分かっています。これが、こめかみの凹み、頬のコケ、深いほうれい線といった「顔の構造的な崩れ（骨格化）」を引き起こす根本原因です。

独自成分 PLLA-SCA（ポリ-L-乳酸）の力

スカルプトラの主成分であるPLLA-SCAは、医療用の吸収性縫合糸（溶ける糸）などにも長年使用されてきた、極めて生体適合性の高い微粒子です。ヒアルロン酸のように物理的なジェルでシワを埋めるのではなく、この微粒子を皮下に散布することで、自身の細胞を再起動（バイオスティミュレーション）させます。

施術後のダウンタイムとリスク

• 腫れ・内出血： 注入時の希釈水分により数日は腫れを感じます。また針を使用するため内出血が出ることがありますが、1〜2週間で消失します。術後数時間は冷やす（アイシング）と効果的です。
