一般的な肌育注射の多くは、傷を治すための硬い「Type I コラーゲン」を増やします。しかし、赤ちゃんの肌のようにモチモチで柔らかい弾力を生み出しているのは「Type III コラーゲン（ベビーコラーゲン）」and「エラスチン（弾性繊維）」です。

安全のための注意事項とダウンタイム

施術後のダウンタイムとリスク

• 注入直後の膨らみ： BAP注入点の膨らみ（エンボス）は、成分が周囲に拡散していく正常なプロセスです。絶対に無理に揉み潰したりせず、自然に吸収されるのをお待ちください（通常数時間〜翌日には消失します）。
• 軽微な赤み・内出血： 稀に針を刺したポイントに小さな内出血が出ることがありますが、翌日からメイクで完全に隠せる程度です。数日から1週間ほどで綺麗に消失します。

術後の注意事項

• メイク・洗顔： 洗顔は術後2〜3時間後から可能ですが、針穴からの感染を防ぐため、ファンデーション等のメイクは翌日からを強く推奨します。
• 熱・血流促進の制限： 注入後2〜3日間は、激しい運動、サウナ、長風呂、アルコールの過度な摂取をお控えください（赤みや腫れの長期化を防ぐため）。
• 他治療との間隔： 同一エリアへのレーザー治療（ピコレーザーやハイフなど）は、プロファイロの定着を確実にするため、前後2週間ほどあけることを推奨します。

プロファイロに関するよくある質問

Q. プロファイロは従来のヒアルロン酸フィラー（架橋）と何が違いますか？

A. 目的が完全に異なります。
従来のフィラーは「部分的な凹みを埋める、または形を作る」ための固い粘土のようなものです。プロファイロは形を一切変えず、皮膚のすべての層の細胞を再構築し、皮膚そのものを引き締めて若返らせる『肌育治療』の最高峰です。

Q. 施術時の痛みはありますか？

A. わずかな痛みはありますが、非常にマイルドです。
顔全体でわずか10箇所しか注射しないため、顔全体に細かく何十回も打つ一般的な水光注射に比べて圧倒的に痛みの回数が少ないのが特徴です。事前に表面麻酔クリームを塗布し、極細の針で丁寧に行います。

Q. 1回だけ打っても効果はありますか？

A. 1回でも高い潤い効果を実感できますが、2回が必須プロトコルです。
